Submitting a form or contacting SBS does not guarantee service availability or acceptance. SBS may review the request, ask for additional information, and determine whether the requested service is appropriate for the practice's needs.
Do not submit protected health information through public website forms. Any exchange of sensitive records should occur through an approved secure process.
SBS may provide billing, revenue cycle, credentialing, practice management, consulting, and compliance support. Final billing, coding, documentation, payer, credentialing, compliance, and financial decisions remain subject to applicable laws, payer rules, contracts, documentation, and client approval.
Website content and any future software or AI-assisted workflow should not be used to make autonomous final healthcare billing, coding, credentialing, payer, patient responsibility, or compliance decisions without qualified human review.
